Built for the claims process
Disaster Inspections works directly with insurance adjusters, restoration companies, and property and facilities managers across the Suncoast. We provide licensed documentation for insurance loss claims, with extensive experience in restoration with a fully licensed field adjuster.
We know what a claim file needs to hold up. Clear photos, accurate measurements, and reports written to be used, not just filed.
Insurance Loss Inspections
When a claim is on the line, the documentation has to hold up. We provide on-site inspections for storm and wind damage, water intrusion, and roof and structural damage, with photo, thermal, and drone imaging to support an accurate story of what happened. Reports are detailed and clear, designed to document everything needed to move a file forward without follow-up visits.
Mold Assessments
Mold claims require documentation that stands up to scrutiny, from initial assessment through remediation verification. We conduct visual and moisture inspections, air and surface sampling, and post-remediation clearance testing. Every assessment follows the Florida SOP as well as IICRC and NORMI guidelines. Protocols are written with the entire project in mind. They are easy to read and include diagrams to best assist the technicians and make sense to adjusters and homeowners.

Disaster Inspections is a subsidiary of Sabal Property Inspections, owned and operated by Jennifer Milburn. Prior to joining the community of home inspectors, she worked as a project manager for a general contractor and in operations in the disaster restoration industry for some of the largest names before getting her adjuster’s license.
